The Boy In the Dress

'The Boy in the Dress' is the story of 12-year-old Dennis. He lives in a ordinary house, down a ordinary street, in a ordinary town, but feels different. Dennis lives with his Dad and brother and finds everything boring and grey. He wants to escape to a magical world, which he soon discovers in the most unlikeliest of places - Raj's newsagents. Dennis see's a image of Kate Moss on the front of a fashion magazine and his world soon turns into one of colour and creativity. He makes friends with the coolest girl in school - Lisa, who teaches him all their is to know about the world of fashion and clothes. Dennis is soon persuaded to try on a dress that Lisa has created and Dennis decides he likes it so much, he's going to try and pull off becoming Lisa's French pen pal Denise, full-time.
