"The Dubai Project" (working title) welcomes viewers to the fastest-growing city on earth, a place that is literally rising out of the desert and surrounding sea, with its man-made beaches, thriving culture, businesses and nightlife. The docu-series follows a group of American and British ex-pats and their entourages in Dubai, as they make an indelible mark on this emirate and navigate this unique environment to pursue the "American Dream" in the center of the Middle East.
