Laura Hamilton catches up with Steph and Gordon, who bought their dream holiday home near Torrevieja in 2021. While Torrevieja is popular due to its many bars, restaurants and holiday activities, nearby Benijófar offers a more relaxed and authentic Spanish village atmosphere. Its pretty squares and traditional architecture create a charming ambience, which captivated Steph and Gordon. Their property search got off to a great start, and after their requirements changed mid-search it was fourth time lucky when a traditional townhouse stole their hearts. Now, Laura's back to find out what they've done to their dream place in the sun and what their plans are for the future, before they all make some homemade sangria and Laura's put through her paces by their personal trainer! Meanwhile, Jean Johansson catches up with Chris and Sue at their rural French cottage in Limousin that they bought in 2020. Offering a slower pace of life and a strong connection to nature, Limousin is a perfect place to unwind and live the good life, and also boasts hundreds of speciality cheeses thanks to the lush, green landscape. Chris and Sue's search couldn't have gone better and they loved every single property, from blue shutters and a quaint cottage, to a country house with a barn that blew the blue shutters out of the water. But it was a renovated stone cottage that sealed the deal for the couple. Now, Jean's back to see what they've done to their dream place and finds them still beaming with joy. Chris and Sue get Jean earning her keep before they take her for a spot of pétanque and a picnic.

Ben Hillman catches up with keen runners Eileen and Richard in Oroklini, on Cyprus, at their dream holiday home that they bought in 2019. Nestled in the bay of Larnaca and home to some of the best weather in the Med, Oroklini is famous for its long sweeping beaches and crystal-clear waters. The village itself has retained its traditional Cypriot charm, and, surrounded by rolling hills and picturesque landscape, it was the perfect place for Eileen and Richard. Ben found a front runner early on with an apartment in the village, and then had the uphill task of beating the 'unbeatable'. A village house, a modern apartment and finally a village penthouse couldn't quite overtake the apartment, so Eileen and Richard made an offer on it. But after two rejected offers, they made an unexpected U-turn, and decided buy the last property instead! Now, Ben's back to see how they're getting on and finds out that their gamble has paid off, as they bask in penthouse perfection. Ben's given a run for his money as he joins Eileen and Richard for a jog, before they take him for a drink at their favourite local. Meanwhile, Danni Menzies revisits golf enthusiast Peggy and her mum Coral, who bought an apartment on the Costa del Sol in 2019... but things aren't quite as they seem! The first property Danni showed Peggy was more bogie than birdie, and while the next two apartments impressed, it was La Duquesa's golf resort apartment with two terraces that was up to par and stole Peggy's heart. With her first few offers rejected, she left a fourth and final offer on the table that the vendor accepted, just as Peggy and her mum were heading back home. Now, Danni's back, but not on the Costa del Sol! So, what did happen next? Three hundred miles away in Murcia, Danni finds out how Peggy's original apartment fell through, and her plans changed. Danni checks out her new place, before they head to the coast for some sun, sea and sand.

Home to Europe's largest saline lagoon, the Costa Cálida is famous for its warm tranquil waters and is a golfer's paradise. The first apartment that Janice saw was almost perfect, but it was a semi-detached villa that wowed her, and she couldn't see herself anywhere else. Now, Laura's back to see what Janice has been up to and what changes she's made to the villa, including the addition of a swimming pool! After a girly dip in the pool, Janice takes Laura for a stroll down the beach with her new partner and dog. Meanwhile, Sara Damergi catches up with Felicity in Coimbra in Portugal, after she and her then-husband Richard bought a challenging project in 2014. Dating back to medieval times and loaded with history, Coimbra was Portugal's capital for over 100 years. The nearby glorious countryside is dotted with towns and villages brimming with bars and restaurants, as well as affordable renovation projects. Felicity and Richard's search got off to a wobbly start after a semi-renovated property exposed their differing views, before a farmhouse took their fancy, and they had an offer accepted on it. Now, Sara's back to see how they're getting on, and while they're no longer together, Felicity's living there full-time and excited for her future. Sara checks out the incredible changes they've made before soaking up some culture at a local festival.
