The International Bureau of Scientific Prevention is responsible for preventing the criminal misuse of scientific discoveries. Courtnay Gabor, the director employs two young researchers Yan Thomas and his assistant, Barbara Andersen. Sometimes with the help of the police, sometimes without it, they combine intelligence, energy and luck to avoid the pitfalls they come by in their adventures to uncover the truth.
