Bloodline is a new American thriller–drama television series that was released on the online streaming service Netflix. The new series is a part of Netflix original programming. Bloodline was developed and created by Todd A. Kessler (The Sopranos), Glenn Kessler (Damages), and Daniel Zelman (Fool's Gold) who also serve as executive producers for the series and produced by Sony Pictures Television. Bloodline was first presented to the public on February 9, 2015, in the Berlinale Special Galas section of the 65th Berlin International Film Festival. Season 1 of Bloodline, which consists of thirteen one-hour episodes, premiered in its entirety on Netflix on March 20, 2015.
“We’re not bad people, but we did a bad thing,” is the slogan of Netflix’s new original series Bloodline. The storyline of Bloodline revolves around a well-to-do Rayburn family who live in the Florida Keys where they own and operate a successful local hotel. The secrets and scars of adult Rayburn siblings are revealed when their black sheep brother returns home. Bloodline is intense and compelling.
