Mark Schatzker is the guy who takes the tame world of food TV by the horns. A meat expert who wrote the book on Steak (literally), he cranks it up a notch by going after the best, boldest, weirdest and most delicious meats the world has to offer. In each episode, our hungry host searches for the perfect piece of tasty meat, traces it back to its origin, and along the way, tries to figure out what was done to it to make it so darn tasty. This is a carnivore's world, and Mark makes no bones about it.
