Boy Meets Boy

Boy Meets Boy puts a twist on the traditional reality dating show. One gay man will try to find his soul mate among fifteen potential suitors, but some of them aren't actually gay. Some are merely posing to be gay, and there lies the potential conflict and interest of the show. It is intended to challenge our standard assumptions and preconceived ideas of what is gay or straight behavior. In short, can you as the viewer determine who is gay, and who is straight?

Hosted by Dani Behr, the show makes its mark in television history by being the first gay dating series. In the premiere episode, meet James - an attractive bachelor in his thirties who works for a law firm. James and his fifteen suitors stay in posh accommodations and enjoy a variety of fun dating activities during the series. The men looking to win James' heart (or at least are pretending to) get to know James and each other during both group activities and one-on-one dates. James' best friend Andra will help him to eliminate men who aren't right for him. By the end of the series, James will pick one special bachelor to enjoy a New Zealand vacation with him. Will he pick the right man? Will he pick a gay man?
