Brazil is unrivaled for its energy, flamboyance and fun atmosphere and not just during the Carnival! And sport isn't all Brazil has to offer. Within its mountains, seas, rainforests, deserts and thousands of miles of rivers are many of your planet's last wild frontiers. Brazil takes you on a visually stunning journey across fabulous landscapes, focusing in on intriguing little-known animals whose behaviors might just shock even the most avid nature-lovers.

Some of the unusual animals who call Brazil home are: the comical-looking coatimundi, the strange primordial monster fish, the pirarucu, and hyacinth macaws, which are the largest and most spectacular of the world's parrots. There are also the endearing muriqui monkeys, the largest monkeys in South America, who greet each other with hugs, and one of the most poisonous snakes on earth, the golden lancehead. From humpback whales to leaf-cutter ants, Brazil is buzzing with some truly amazing animal activity.
