Coppers And Co! saw writer Terry Ravenscroft create a sitcom after taking elements from the previous show he had written called Lift Off! With Coppers And Co!. The show saw David Copperfield starring as Coppers who lived in a block of flats. Everybody who lived in the flats was desperate to try and break into the world of show business.
