One night, Sakura Yoshino decided to wish upon a magical tree in hopes of gaining a son, as she was tired of being alone. Upon doing such, Yoshiyuki Sakurai was born. However, things soon take a turn for the worst when the tree begins to malfunction, which may just put the lives of thousands of people in danger.
