Doors Open

Doors Open is a dram broadcast on ITV1. Mike Mackenzie is a self-made businessman who ends up having too much time on his hands. Still grieving for the woman wholeft him five years ago, he’s got an adventurous side that could get him into trouble. After he discovers that the love of his life, Laura Stanton, has returned to Edinburgh, his whole world ends up being turned upside down and he becomes determined to do whatever it takes to win her back.

With friends Professor Gissing and Allan Cruickshank, Mike attempts to rip-off one of the most high-profile targets in the country, Edinburgh’s private art collection owned by a national bank. They come up with a plan to swap priceless masterpieces stored in the gallery’s warehouse with accurate forgeries.
