When Ling-Ling ODs on his 21st birthday, the housemates learn the little battle monster is only 3 years old. As a result, Child Services puts Ling-Ling in foster care. When Foxxy tries to save him, she realizes Ling-Ling's foster parent is her real father. Meanwhile, Hero gets a nipple ring that allows him to communicate with himself…from the past!

Foxxy vows to give up sex and Toot vows to get some. While Foxxy digs deep into her past, Toot gets herself a muumuu in an effort to change her look. The car's occupants are Indian and, thinking they've hit a sacred talking cow, they begin worshiping Toot and bring her to India where she rules with an iron hoof. Will Toot be willing to give up her kingdom as a cow to live a sad life as a fat girl?
