The Fangoria Chainsaw Awards are an award ceremony focused on horror films and thriller films. Beginning in 1992, the awards were expanded, and an annual ceremony was inaugurated to give out the awards. As of 2015, Fangoria also delivers awards to television series.

The ceremony will once again be hosted by actor and writer David Dastmalchian.
Dee Wallace, Joe Lo Truglio, Joe Dante, Tracie Thoms, Jim Cummings, Rachel True will be some of the presenters.
This year's nominees include Candyman, Last Night in Soho, Titane, Chucky, and Midnight Mass.

S2E1 - 2023 Fangoria Chainsaw Awards
The award show will be hosted for the third year in a row by actor and writer David Dastmalchian joined by co-host Peaches Christ.
This year's nominees, first announced Jan. 23, include Jordan Peele's "Nope," Ti West's "X" and "Pearl," Dan Trachtenberg's "Prey," Scott Derrickson's "The Black Phone," Noah Segan's "Blood Relatives," the Duffer brothers' Netflix series "Stranger Things," Bryan Fuller's "Queer for Fear," Zach Cregger's "Barbarian" and Damien Leone's "Terrifier 2."
