Anyone who has tried to lose weight--whether it's 5, 10 or 50 pounds--knows that it's no easy task. But British television personality Katie Hopkins, has gone on the record to express her controversial views about obesity, saying there's no excuse being overweight – you simply need to eat less and work out more.
Katie sets out to nearly double her body weight before aiming to lose it in an attempt to prove her theory true. “To prove that losing weight is not as hard as some people make out, I’m going from underweight to overweight and back,” she says. (Source: TLC)
