Sayoko is a junior college student whom everyone thinks is too aggressive, losing jobs for beating up customers. One day she gets in a confrontation with Ami, a Korean living in Tokyo who constantly berates the Japanese for being too passive. A few days later she rescues Ami's little sister and soon they become grudging acquaintences and maybe even friends.
