Following a nuclear war in the near future the human race has fallen backwards. The weak have been enslaved whereas the genetically modified giants now rule the world. Two schools face off for domination, Hokuto and Nanto. Ken Shiro is the natural successor to the Hokuto school, while Shin is Nanto's. Ken is looking for his girlfriend Julia whom Shin has captured.
