G Word

You see celebs unnecessarily blowing up buildings on television and they rarely recycle in the movies, but in their personal lives, many celebrities are actively lowering their ecological footprint and are doing their part to take care of the environment. A few of these celebrities can be read about on Treehugger.com and you'll meet some of these famous conservationists on the "G Word" on Planet Green.

Daniel Sieberg co-hosts "G Word" with SuChin Pak. This daily show focuses on how to be green and eco-friendly in your everyday life. Some of the celebrities seen on this series have been Alanis Morissette, Brad Pitt, Daryl Hannah, Dave Matthews & Rosario Dawson to name just a few. Brad Pitt raised 10 million dollars to help rebuild New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, building 150 eco-friendly homes for New Orleans Katrina victims in the Lower 9th ward. The homes, which are bright-pink, are solar-powered and water-resistant.
