Eight leading figures come together for a dangerous mission: a hike through an impermeable African rain forest. Who will be a real leader in the beautiful but dangerous rain forest?

The group consists of directors, managers and other leading figures, people who in everyday life reign firmly and always choose what happens. Only good leadership will lead to a successful trip. Every one of them will get his/her turn to control the others. After nine weeks, the group renounce one of their best leader.

The leaders are continually faced with dilemmas. Do you as the leader explain everything? Respect is enforced by action? Is it useful or not to work as an assistant?
