Global Indian Music Awards (GiMA)

One year ago an inspired thought brought all music together on a single platform of recognition.

One year ago the nation applauded outstanding musicians across all genres.

One year ago GIMA was born.

The Global Indian Music Academy Awards is a large format, global recognition platform dedicated to Indian music, musicians and musicianship.
In this initiative, Wizcraft International Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. has partnered with the leaders of the Indian music industry to jointly create the most definitive platform for Indian music. The Awards honour and applaud talent across Film and Non-Film Music with the vision of giving different music genres the same platform, importance and recognition.

Last year some of India's grandest and most inspiring musical legends were feted and honoured. Winners in the various genres proudly held aloft their first GIMA 'Shells'. And musicians, industry leaders and musical associations unanimously agreed that this was a historic moment in Indian music.

Now, the GIMA Awards proudly moves into the second edition, continuing to set the benchmarks of musical excellence.
