Going For Gold is presented by John Suchet and is broadcast live on weekdays at lunch time on Channel Five. The show is a revamped version of the popular quiz of the same name which aired on BBC 1 during the 1980s and 1990s. It is a general knowledge contest in which four contestants from all over the country compete to win a cash prize.
