Making everything from spider cupcakes to mummy macarons, seven of the country's top bakers will compete to create Halloween's spookiest confections on Halloween Baking Championship, premiering Monday, Oct. 5 at 9|8c. To survive this haunted competition, hosted by Richard Blais, contestants must prove their baking abilities and impress judges Ron Ben-Israel, Carla Hall and Sherry Yard. Only one winner will take home the grand prize of $25,000 and earn the title of Halloween Baking Champion.

S11E6 - It All Begins with Us
Welcome to Derry … if you dare. The remaining bakers are one step from the finale, but first, they must survive a terrifying trip to the semifinals, guided by the ultimate horror icon: Pennywise the Clown. In honor of this nightmarish nemesis who preys on children's fears, host John Henson asks the bakers to conjure desserts inspired by the monster that haunted them as a child. Judges Carla Hall, Zac Young and Stephanie Boswell decide which fear-fueled creation will win $1,000 — and the bottom three will have to fight for their lives by creating deranged clown desserts. In the end, one baker will be eliminated.

S11E7 - Happy Haunting Grounds
It all comes down to this — the season finale! Inspired by the eerie exterior of the mansion, host John Henson asks the final four bakers to make haunted-grounds desserts that will set the stage for their ultimate showdown. The winner of this challenge claims a powerful advantage heading into the final bake. Then, in a truly chilling finale, the bakers face their darkest fears by creating a ‘most feared demise' cake in a haunting tribute to the way they dread going out. Judges Carla Hall, Zac Young and Stephanie Boswell determine which terrifyingly tasty creation will earn its baker $25,000 and the title of Halloween Baking Champion!

S12E1 - The Museum of Unnatural History
For the first haunted heat of the season, host John Henson asks all 10 bakers to make nutty desserts expressing their best spooky Halloween memories. Judges Stephanie Boswell, Aarti Sequeira, and Zac Young pick the winner to receive $1,000, and the top three bakers are safe. The remaining bakers face a challenge to make hideous mask desserts inspired by the disfigured mask collection in the Hall of Humanity. Blame it on the demons! The least successful baker is eliminated.

S12E2 - Into the Wild
At the Museum of Unnatural History, a malevolent spirit is reanimating the taxidermy in the Great Animal Hall, and it's terrifying. So, for the haunted heat, host John Henson challenges the nine bakers to create reanimated taxidermy desserts to win $1,000. Then, the bottom six bakers must create possessed pest desserts inspired by a demonic insect exhibit. In the end, judges Stephanie Boswell, Aarti Sequeira, and Zac Young send one baker home.

S12E3 - Halloween Haunts
Inspired by mischief makers, heroes, and villains aboard a festive cruise, host John Henson asks the bakers to make Halloween hero and villain cakes to win a five-night cruise vacation. Judges Stephanie Boswell, Aarti Sequeira, and Zac Young pick the top three bakers to be safe, and the bottom bakers must make magic mirror desserts with a haunting attribute like melting, screaming, or oozing depicted in an edible mirror. The least successful baker is eliminated.

S12E4 - Who's Ruining Your Ruin?
Every baker's life is on the line today in a single challenge. Host John Henson asks the bakers to create a dessert that resembles an assigned classic ruin and represent the monster who haunts it, such as crumbling castle and vampire, old amphitheater and zombie actor, or Stonehenge and demon druids. Judges Stephanie Boswell, Aarti Sequeira, and Zac Young pick the winner to receive $1,000, and one baker goes home.

S12E5 - Doll Trouble
No one is safe! Host John Henson challenges the remaining six bakers to face off in head-to-head matchups to create demon doll desserts, either Paris-Brest, baked cheesecake, or Swiss roll. Bakers with the same type of dessert face off, and the winner of each matchup is safe. Judges Stephanie Boswell, Aarti Sequeira, and Zac Young pick the overall challenge winner to receive $1,000, and the least successful baker is eliminated.

S12E6 - Masters of the Macabre
In the semifinal haunted heat, host John Henson asks the bakers to create macabre oil painting desserts inspired by creepy masterpieces depicting subjects like drooling hounds of hell, a screaming banshee, and a ghost child. Then, the bottom three bakers take on witchy desserts with edible candles to keep their flame alive in the competition. Judges Stephanie Boswell, Aarti Sequeira, and Zac Young send the least successful baker home.
