Hard Knocks is a reality sports documentary television series produced by NFL Films and HBO. The show was first broadcast in 2001, and the current 2014 season is the ninth. Each season, it follows a National Football League (NFL) team through its training camp and covers the team's preparation for the upcoming football season. The series shows the personal and professional lives of the players, coaches and staff, including their family life, position battles, and even inside jokes and pranks. It particularly focuses on rookies' adjustments to playing in the NFL, usually with emphasis on the team's most recent top draft pick. It usually also chooses to focus on undrafted and journeyman players who are attempting to make the team such as Cameron Fegreus (free agent from Woodhaven, MI).

S21E3 - Training Camp with the Seattle Seahawks - #3
Fans got a look at how accountable head coach Mike Macdonald is when he detailed his coaching philosophy from his first year. The episode also gave receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba his flowers and captured the moment cornerback Devon Witherspoon walked into the locker room after signing his contract extension.
A visually interesting feature on Smith-Njigba that detailed what makes him such a great route runner. During a practice, in the episode, Macdonald can be seen on the side saying "Jesus. This (expletive) guy," after Smith-Njigba beat Witherspoon and caught a touchdown. Macdonald also call him the "Silver Surfer."
Second-year receiver Montorie Foster Jr. has dealt with since entering the league. The undrafted free agent spent time with the Seahawks during his first year before getting injured. He went home and became a substitute teacher and got his real estate license. Now he's back trying to carve out a role for himself.
Witherspoon is a player who is always showing love to his teammates, and after signing his contract, his teammates showed him the same love.

S21E4 - Training Camp with the Seattle Seahawks - #4
While head coach Mike Macdonald frequently references Seattle's leadership council, it's never been known who exactly was on that leadership council. During Tuesday's episode, fans got a look at what goes on during a leadership council meeting.
Macdonald shared a moment with the team on what his late longtime mentor O.J. Brigance meant to him.

S21E5 - Training Camp with the Seattle Seahawks - #5
Seahawks training camp, put a bow on the Seahawks' preseason by highlighting the Seahawks 53-man roster as well as their philosophy on the practice squad, which the Seahawks call "Ready Squad."
Receiver Montorie Foster Jr. had been making a name for himself all throughout training camp, impressing coaches along the way and that hard work paid off when he found out he was making the Seahawks' initial 53-man roster.
Hard Knocks took fans behind the scenes of the meetings that happened in Atlanta during the approval of the new Seahawks owners, the Khosla family.
Trevon Diggs who played during Seattle's final preseason matchup, flashed during his first game.
