13 of Norway's most high-profile athletes are challenged in a raw, emotional and uncompromising way. With little food and little sleep, they are thrown into an extreme military simulation – inspired by the Norwegian Armed Forces' most demanding course. The participants are pushed to the breaking point, physically and mentally, and must choose for themselves whether to continue, or ring the Norwegian Armed Forces' iconic bell.
