Café De Hemelpaort is a well-visited cafe in the fictional village Elsenrade, Limburg. In Limburgian: Aelsrao. A cafe where music from the region is mainly played.
Young and old are coming there. Mia runs the cafe with her eldest son Giel. The other son Rick has departed the Randstad as a singer. But he gets in trouble over there. And Sem is a boy who wants nothing more than become famous as a musician.
Rick returns to the quiet Limburg and shakes up Elsenrade.
