In each episode, the team will be faced with a new case and tasked with putting together the evidence to catch the perpetrator, find answers for the victims loved ones, and keep their community safe.

Detective Joe Herman investigates a shooting outside of a club in New Orleans East. Despite dozens of partygoers nearby, not one eyewitness materializes on scene. With no shell casings or other physical evidence near the victim, Det. Herman is left with an almost impossible investigation to solve.
