Jean-Michel Jarre: Destination Docklands - The London Concert was a huge 'laser and light' live concert by French musician Jean Michel Jarre in the Docklands area of London.
The concert was originally scheduled for September 24th, 1988, but was then abruptly cancelled due to the local council's concerns for the safety of the spectators, forcing Jarre to search around the UK for an alternate site. Permission was eventually granted providing that the concert was split into two concerts on October 8th and 9th.
