This proves to be Antonia and her sous-chef Nestor Milian's toughest case yet as they face the filthiest kitchen they've ever encountered, a bloated menu, and a hot-headed chef who constantly snipes at the waitstaff. But as Antonia digs deeper, she realizes the biggest problem isn't just on the menu -- it's the fractured relationship between the staff. As emotions boil over, tears are shed, and service falls apart, Antonia must heal old wounds, restore confidence, and reignite the team's passion before Buena Mesa comes crumbling down.

Abby and Jorge's Latin-inspired brunch spot, Mami Mosas, may be serving up good vibes in West Covina, Calif., but behind the scenes, the couple is losing money month after month. When Chef Antonia Lofaso sends her sous-chef Nestor Milian undercover, they find a small staff steadily pumping out food and smiling servers. But inside the kitchen, cooks have been poorly trained, cleanliness standards are nonexistent, and roaches have made themselves at home.
