Revisiting seven of the programme's most extraordinary searchers to discover how their lives have been transformed since finding their missing relatives. The first episode catches up with Joselyn Taylor, who had been searching for her brother James for over 20 years, and Roy Sibblies, who was looking for his birth mother after discovering at 18 that he was adopted.

Davina McCall and Nicky Campbell catch up with two searchers who both found family in a different country, including Roy David who was looking for his daughter, Cheryl.
