Margarita

“Margarita” is said to be one of the most controversial shows that has ever aired on TV in the Philippines. This adult oriented romantic drama debuted on 30 July 2007 and airs weeknights in a very early 6PM time slot on the ABS-CBN network. This series should not be confused with many other series that have gone by the same name or had “Margarita” in its’ title over the years to include the Greek TV series that began airing on 14 February 2007. The stars of this series are actors “Diether Ocampo” and “Bruce Quebral” and actress “Wendy Valdez” formally a housemate on the Filipino series “Pinoy Big Brother” during season 2. This story revolves around “Margarita” played by Valdez who is trying to make a good living and provide for her family. She takes on a job as a striptease showgirl.
