Mary Portas: Secret Shopper

This week Mary takes on a hair salon in Kent. Here staff swearing on the shop floor are driving customers away, Mary thinks she has a plan but it involves uniting the team to save the business.

Mary is in a London hardware store, which doesn't seem to have left the 1960's. She hopes that changing the male dominated world of hardware service will help the store embrace the 21st century.

Mary attempts to turn around the fortunes of a menswear store called The 157 Store near Portsmouth. Here the manager's laddish style and out-of-date style is turning away customers and he's refusing to change, even with Mary's guidance.
