While all her friends are working on their relationships and starting families, pole-dance instructor Roos resolutely remains single: love has disappointed her too many times to ever give another man the chance of capturing her heart. Until she sees a note posted on the information board in her local supermarket, written by someone who has apparently spotted her in the park.

Katja and Simon have found each other in their sharp observations and in their remorseless sense of humor. Naomi is totally prepared for this next step in her life and can't wait to get pregnant. Colette, a promising young author, is struggling with her own issues and with her next novel. It might be that Naomi's plans are a little premature for her.
