Morangos Com Açúcar is a portuguese telenovela that premiered in 2003 and since then has become one of the highest rated shows in Portugal and a popularity phenomenon amongst children and teenagers.
The story revolves around the everyday life of the teenagers and grownups. The main plotlines are established during the school year, where follow the teens’ misadventures, which often clash with each other. The storylines continue during the summer vacation and each season features a different cast, although with some recurring actors.
