Morning Girls with Kris and Korina

“Morning Girls with Kris and Korina” was a 1-hour long weekday morning talkshow in the Philippines on the ABS-CBN network from 2002 through 28 May 2004. The co-hosts of this series were “Korina Sanchez” and “Kris Aquino”. The interviewed a wide variety of guest every morning but the most prominent were the well known celebrities. The show originally was schduled to be on for only 2 weeks but it was so popular for over a year that it remained on for 16 months. In early 2004 the ABS-CBN network decided they wanted Korina to be the host their new series titled “Rated K: Handa na ba kayo?” also known as “Rated K” that was scheduled to begin on 30 May and which as of today is still airing. After Morning Girls went off the air it was replaced by “Good Morning Kris” with Aquino as the host of the show but it only lasted 6 months before being canceled.
