See celebs like Chloe Grace Moretz, Channing Tatum, Tyler Posey and Gillian Jacobs dole out awards while author John Green graciously accepts the Visionary Award for his body of work. Rock out to performances from multi-platinum rock band Linkin Park and rising hip-hop star G-Eazy as they shut down the show with a truly epic after party, officially making the whole shindig a series-finale-status can't-miss event.
