Customers bought a beautiful home on Main Street, however the siding is crumbling, the floors are slanted, and after almost two centuries of additions to the house, the layout is perplexing and dysfunctional. Desperate for an upgrade, the Furmans have scrimped and saved enough for a $50,000 budget renovation. Can the Lambtons stretch that nest egg far enough to make the necessary repairs and improvements, all while complying with historic building codes?
