In the Naked Exchange, Maura, Helen and Debbie come together to discuss the challenges of reaching middle age and how menopause has affected their lives and bodies. Anna and the Naked Brigade head to a swimming lake in Surrey for a naked jump to help Zoe embrace and reconnect with her body after a lifetime of disordered eating.

Lauren and Rosy, who grew up with body dysmorphia, come together to discuss their experiences and what they think needs to change in society, and celebrate how far they've come in their journeys of self-acceptance. Plus, an all-male Naked Brigade is assembled to help Ben, whose obsession with having the perfect physique is taking over his life.
