Historical reality series in which sixteen candidates from the Netherlands and Flanders travel to the medieval kingdom of Oberon to battle to determine who the new king will be. It will be a long heroic struggle to decide who has the right qualities for the monarchy. But the way to the throne is long and is strewn with obstacles and setbacks. Only in the final battle will be decided who has the qualities to wear the golden necklace of the deceased king permanently.
