A syndicated series of 100, 5-minute long cartoons originally created by Max Fleischer in 1915-16. Although the original episodes were silent, this newer updated version was voiced by Larry Storch as Koko and Meanie Moe. Koko also has a pretty clown girlfriend named Kokette.
