“Palaban” is the newest talk show to air in the Philippines and is seen every Wednesday night at 12 midnight on the GMA network. This hard hitting below the belt investigative series pulls no punches as it uncovers the dirt and corruption in the government and politics in general. The co-hosts for this series are “Solita Monsod” a broadcaster, economist, professor and writer, “Malou Mangahas” an investigative reporter and former Miss Philippines and Miss Universe runner-up “Miriam Quiambao”. Other subjects that these 3 courageous women have covered include “Bachelors: Single & Happy”, “Male Vanity”, “Exploitation of women in magazines”, “The War in Mindanao” and “Men who undergo sex-change operations”.
