This series is based on a fictional character from a Philippines comic titled “Panday”. The premise of the series is that a blacksmith fashions a churchbell and a dagger from pieces of a crashed meteor. Flavio is the name of the blacksmith and whenever he wields the dagger for good it turns into a mystical sword.
