It has been 10 years since Shin and Jun Kanzato last lived in Ayanagi City, but now they move back in with their older brother, Ryō. But things in Ayanagi city are not well, as a series of strange incidents have taken place lately, like for instance, the crew of a submarine disappearing while in the submarine under water. Ryō, who is the chief of police is heading the investigation and he himself has a secret that he has told nobody.
