Rapport till himlen

Victor, 16 år, blir kvar i stan medan kompisarna drar ut på tågluff. Allt förändras när Victor med nöd och näppe klarar en drunkningsolycka. Victor börjar se och höra sådant andra inte hör. Och han möter Anna, en tjej i nöd.

Victor is close to drowning. After the accident he can see the dead. There is a murderer loose in the town who kills young women. To enter heaven everyone has to write a report. In case of unnatural death, the killer has to be named. Victor gets friends among the dead and helps the women to find their murderer.
