Russisch Roulette

Russisch Roulette is a German two-part thriller drama. Journalist Katharina Wagner (Katharina Böhm) visits together with her son Nikolai (Emil Kafitz) the Russian town St. Petersburg to show him the town where his deceased father Viktor Kunin (Milan Knedlik) lived and worked. Shortly after they arrive, Nikolai goes missing and Katharina slowly realizes that she has powerful enemies, who also seem to have something to do with Viktor's death.
Katharina puts faith in Viktor's old colleagues, but his former boss Wolfgang Fischer (Wolf Roth) tries to hide important informations. Katharina starts to think that she can trust no one, not even Adam Markowski (Heinz Hoenig) who seems to help her unconditionally.
