After the murder of the clan leader, the remaining group falls apart while trying to locate the hidden money. Uncovering ties between State Security and past killings, Danica begins to fear for her life and her family. Boris must restrain Ljuba to protect Žarko and himself.

A year after the conclusion of Operation "Sablja", the DSS is in power, and individuals from President Koštunica's circle are appointed to key state positions, despite some of them having been detained during "Sablja." Boris faces an upcoming testimony before a disciplinary committee, with high chances of losing his job and possibly ending up in prison. Uroš returns to the country with a special assignment.
