'Seven Envelopes' see's several contestants choose an envelope with a monetary value of between 1p to £10,000 in it. They are then filmed, without knowing the amount in their envelope for a day. Along the course of the day they are offered various experiences that they can trade their envelope in for, but if they do so, then they will lose the money.
