Michael Wood takes a look at the extraordinary life of an ordinary woman in a time of revolution. Mary Arden was born during the reign of Henry VIII and was the daughter of a Warwickshire farmer. She married into a new life in the rising Tudor middle class in Stratford upon Avon.
