New York cop Lieutenant Chuck Brogan (Shane Rimmer) leaves Earth and becomes part of an intergalactic police corps fighting crime in a precinct on board a space station orbiting the planet ZarXL5.
The concept and general ideas from this unaired pilot (episode name Star Laws) were reworked eight years later and became the series Space Precinct with Ted Shackelford as Brogan.
