Have you ever wondered what people really think of you? Spying on Myself gives participants the chance to infiltrate their own lives. Blending the voyeuristic thrills of "Taxi Cab Confessions," the psychological drama of "The Real World "and an I-can't-believe-they-are-doing-this attitude, this show uses state of the art makeup and disguise techniques to transform participants into a completely different person.

They will then undergo rigorous training by acting coaches and CIA operatives on how to speak, walk and behave with a new identity. Finally the person is sent out on the mission: to find out the truth about themselves in their own world. What will someone's family and friends say about them when they think they aren't around?
