“Super Idol” debuted in June 2004 and was almost an identical rip-off of “Pop Idol” that debuted in the UK in 2003. Another music talent contest to find the best singer in Greece. The series ran for 2 months finally declaring their winner to be “Stavros Konstantinou” and he has released over 15 records since his huge win. The series ended on 18 August 2004 but there has yet to be a 2nd season of the series.
