Psychic investigators don't normally use their powers to lie, cheat, and get ahead. But super psychic policeman Meguru Chojo does. Relegated to a run-down police station and hated by the entire neighborhood, Chojo gets into all sorts of shenanigans, goofs, and gaffes with his rookie partner, Nao Ippongi.
